1. Who we are
ServiceHub.AE is a UAE-based marketing and booking channel that connects residents and businesses with a curated network of independent, licensed home and lifestyle service providers across all seven Emirates. The platform is developed, operated and managed by Rank Era LLC, a digital marketing agency registered in the UAE. References to “we” in this policy include both ServiceHub.AE and Rank Era LLC.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you reach out through WhatsApp, phone, the contact form, the “Become a Partner” form, or email, you may share:
- Your name and preferred form of address
- Your phone number and WhatsApp number
- Your email address
- Your service address or the Emirate/area where the service is needed
- Details of the service you are requesting (e.g. cleaning, AC repair, salon at home, pest control, handyman, moving, etc.) and any access notes you provide
- Photos or short voice notes you choose to send to help us scope the job
- Business details if you apply to join our partner network
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser type, operating system, screen size and language
- Approximate location based on IP address (city / Emirate level)
- Pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, referring URL and search terms
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 7)
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive analytics and advertising performance data from platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and X (Twitter) when you interact with our ads or content.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above only for purposes connected to running ServiceHub.AE, including:
- Replying to your WhatsApp/phone/email enquiry and arranging the service you requested
- Sharing the minimum necessary booking details (name, phone, address, scope of work, preferred time) with the relevant partner service provider so they can complete the job
- Following up after a service to check quality and resolve any issues
- Sending booking confirmations, schedule reminders and service-related updates
- Improving our website, offers and partner roster based on aggregated usage data
- Running marketing campaigns and measuring ad performance
- Complying with UAE law, court orders and lawful requests from authorities
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
4. Sharing with our partner service providers
To deliver the service you booked, we share a limited set of your details with the specific independent partner company assigned to your job. Partners are contractually required to use your information only for fulfilling your booking, to keep it confidential, and to delete or return it when the booking is complete. Partners are independent businesses with their own trade licences and insurance and are responsible for their own data handling on-site.
5. Other parties we share with
- Service vendors: hosting, email, WhatsApp Business API providers, analytics and customer-support tools that help us operate the site.
- Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and X for campaign measurement and audience matching, in line with their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisors and authorities: lawyers, accountants and UAE regulators where legally required.
6. Where your data is stored
Your data is primarily stored on servers and SaaS platforms used by our hosting, CRM and messaging providers, some of which may be located outside the UAE. Whenever we transfer data outside the UAE we put appropriate safeguards in place as required by the PDPL.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. These include essential cookies, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) and marketing/retargeting pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings or by using the consent banner where displayed. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as is needed to provide the service, resolve any after-service issues, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations under UAE law. Marketing data is kept until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer useful for the original purpose.
9. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing
- Withdraw any consent you previously gave
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office
To exercise any of these rights, send us a WhatsApp message or email using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures โ including HTTPS, access controls, vetted partners, and signed data-handling commitments โ to protect your information. No system on the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and we will notify you of any incident that materially affects your data, as required by UAE law.
11. Children
ServiceHub.AE is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show when the latest version was published. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or sent to you directly where appropriate.
