Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you, ServiceHub.AE, and our partner network.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ServiceHub.AE website, our WhatsApp and phone booking channel, and any services arranged through our network of independent partner companies. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. About ServiceHub.AE

ServiceHub.AE is a UAE-based marketing and booking platform that connects residents and businesses with a curated network of independent, licensed home and lifestyle service providers across all seven Emirates. The platform is developed, operated and managed by Rank Era LLC. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to ServiceHub.AE, operated by Rank Era LLC.

Important: ServiceHub.AE is not the service provider. We do not directly perform cleaning, AC, salon, pest control, handyman, moving, or any other service. All work is delivered by independent partner companies who hold their own UAE trade licences and insurance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under UAE law to request a service. By using ServiceHub.AE you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you own or have permission to allow service work at the address you provide, and that you will be present (or have an authorised adult present) when the service is delivered.

3. How bookings work

  • You contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or our website with details of the service you need.
  • We match your request with a suitable partner from our vetted network and reply with a quoted price and an available time slot.
  • When you confirm, your booking is passed to the assigned partner who carries out the work.
  • Our role ends when the booking has been arranged and any after-service issue has been resolved on your behalf.

Quotes are based on the information you share. If on-site conditions are materially different (additional rooms, hidden damage, restricted access, etc.), the partner may revise the quote before continuing โ€” and you can decline.

4. Pricing, payment & invoices

  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is usually made directly to the partner company in cash, by card, or via bank transfer/online payment, as agreed at the time of booking.
  • Invoices and receipts are issued by the partner company that performed the service.
  • You agree to pay in full once the agreed work has been satisfactorily completed.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

  • You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge if you let us know at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a partial fee at the partner’s discretion to cover travel and lost time.
  • If our partner is unable to attend, we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund of any deposit paid.

6. Service quality & complaints

We only work with partners who meet our standards for licensing, training, customer ratings, and on-time performance. If something falls short:

  • Tell us within 48 hours of the service via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Give us a chance to investigate and arrange a re-do, partial refund, or replacement partner where appropriate.
  • We will mediate between you and the partner in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

7. Your home, property & safety

  • Please secure pets, valuables, fragile items, and confidential documents before the partner arrives.
  • Provide a clean, safe working environment with reasonable access to water, electricity, and parking where needed.
  • You agree not to ask partner staff to perform unsafe, illegal, or out-of-scope tasks.
  • Female-only requests are honoured wherever the service category supports it (e.g. ladies salon, ladies cleaning).

8. Liability

Because ServiceHub.AE is a booking and marketing channel and not the service provider, the partner company is responsible for the work performed and for its own staff, tools, and insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our total liability to you for any direct loss arising out of a booking is limited to the value of the specific booking in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of data.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Partner conduct & reviews

Partners are independent businesses. Their staff act under their own supervision, employment, and insurance. If a partner repeatedly underperforms, breaches our standards, or behaves inappropriately, they will be removed from our roster. We encourage you to share honest feedback after every booking โ€” your reviews directly shape our network.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to use the ServiceHub.AE website or our WhatsApp number to:

  • Send spam, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Scrape, copy, or republish our content, partner listings, prices, or design without written permission
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site

11. Intellectual property

The ServiceHub.AE brand, logo, written content, photography, layout, and code are owned by Rank Era LLC and protected under UAE and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or commercially use any of it without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Promotions & discounts

From time to time we may run offers, referral codes, or limited-time discounts. Each promotion has its own rules (eligibility, validity period, minimum order, one-per-household, etc.) that will be made clear at the point of offer. We may withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, public health emergencies, civil unrest, internet/telecom outages, government action, or strikes.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith between you and us. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to the competent courts of the Emirate in which the service was delivered.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “Last updated” date, is always the current one. Continued use of ServiceHub.AE after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
